Do both services use an agreed template?+
Yes. Both services use the report template, structure and input format agreed with your firm. Every case must follow that format, with its own client-specific information and wording. Bespoke reports, alternative layouts and work outside that format must be agreed before starting and incur additional charges.
Is there a minimum monthly volume?+
Yes. A minimum monthly case volume applies to both services. We agree the number with your firm before starting, alongside the template, scope and fee.
What does the £200 starting price cover?+
A standard full annual review using the agreed template and subject to your agreed minimum monthly volume: preparation, research and paraplanning, annual review documentation, an editable Word copy and the branded HTML report. Cash-flow reporting, detailed fund performance and video are additional options. More complex work or additional requirements are agreed and quoted before production.
What does the £70 report-only price cover?+
A basic conversion of your completed annual review, supplied as a Word document or PDF, into branded HTML using the agreed template and subject to your agreed minimum monthly volume. Cash-flow reporting, detailed fund performance and video are additional options. You provide the approved wording and figures. Extensive additional displays, new research and advice drafting are outside the basic conversion scope.
Does detailed fund performance cost more?+
Yes. Detailed fund performance data and additional analysis increase the cost and are quoted to the agreed scope. Basic portfolio table data, including percentage holdings, is included at no additional charge. This example shows the more detailed fund-data option.
Are cash-flow reporting and detailed fund data both extra?+
Yes. Each is an optional addition with its own quoted fee. If both are requested, both charges apply. Adding a standard-size supplied video file costs a further £25. We confirm all selected additions before production.
Who checks the report and takes responsibility for the advice?+
Your firm retains responsibility for the advice, suitability and recommendations. Before issue, the responsible adviser must check all report content, figures, assumptions and supporting material, identify any errors or omissions, and approve the exact final version. We do not give advice to your clients or accept responsibility for your firm’s advice or for errors caused by inaccurate or incomplete information supplied to us. Our preparation and conversion work remains subject to the agreed service terms.
Do we choose the content and wording?+
Yes. We agree the topics, level of detail and structure when setting up your template. Each case uses that format, with the appropriate client-specific wording and figures. Your adviser approves the final version. Changes outside the agreed format require prior agreement and an additional fee.
Does every review include cash flow or video?+
No. Cash-flow reporting is added only where relevant and is charged separately on either service, even without video. It can use charts and written explanations alone. A standard-size supplied video file adds £25; this is a separate charge from the cash-flow reporting fee.
Can we add adviser video for £25?+
Adding a standard-size supplied video file costs £25 extra. We confirm the file-size allowance before starting. Larger files, additional video requirements and recording or editing work are quoted separately.
Will the Word document look like the HTML report?+
No. The full service includes a Word copy with the same written content and figures, in a conventional document layout. Interactive elements are represented differently and video or online resources can be referenced by links.
Can the report use our branding and contact links?+
Yes. We can use your logo, colours and typography, and include your supplied adviser contact details, website and meeting-booking links. The exact links and destination services are agreed and checked.
How is the report delivered to the client?+
We agree a suitable route: our secure website, your compatible website or portal, or a downloadable report folder. Access, hosting, retention and any ongoing support are confirmed before client use.
